Over two years Tangled Feet commissioned a number short performances to fill an empty unit in a Shopping Centre in Luton.

The Pop Up Performance Shop allowed new and emerging artists to share original work and develop their skillset alongside offering artistic works the public could experience for free. With an emphasis on originality and trying something new the pieces take a range of multimedia and interactive forms; dance, acrobatics, clowns taking over the kitchen, video games coming to life, a poet throwing down the gauntlet and a storytelling adventure that takes us up into the clouds.

In October 2023 the Pop Up Performance Shop opened its shutters at Rochdale Exchange Shopping Centre, and in January 2024 it opened in the North Point Shopping Centre in Hull, both redesigned by Lauren Connolly for their new spaces.
